Role Description The Sales Account Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients integrated with Alibaba.com. In this position, the individual will handle end-to-end account management,



including onboarding new customers, understanding their business needs, and aligning iTech Ecommerce solutions to drive online growth. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving service-related issues promptly, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver promised services. The role also involves generating new leads, following up on prospects, preparing proposals, and meeting sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory. The Sales Account Manager will track account performance, share insights and reports, and proactively suggest optimization strategies to help clients maximize their ecommerce potential.
