About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Business Development team. If you enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and are interested in sales, student counseling, and business growth, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective students and explain our training programs.
• Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Generate interest in our programs and convert leads into enrollments.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.




• Build positive relationships with prospects and provide a smooth enrollment experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain lead details, follow-ups, and sales updates in the CRM.

Eligibility & Skills
• Fresh graduates from any discipline can apply.
• Graduates in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, B.Sc., M.Sc., BE/B.Tech, BCA, and MCA are preferred.
• Fluency in at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) is mandatory.
• Good verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Interest in sales, business development, and the EdTech industry.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
