Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:• Mold Manufacturing & Assembly: Expertise in manufacturing, assembling, and testing recent plastic injection molds.
• Machining Operations: Hands-on experience in operating conventional machines like Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinding, and Drilling machines.
• Mold Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mold issues (flash, short shot, burrs, etc.) during production trials and perform preventive/breakdown maintenance.
• Precision Measurement: Skilled in using precision measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators.
• Reading Drawings: Strong ability to read and interpret 2D/3D mold design drawings and engineering blueprints.
• Hot Runner Systems: Experience in handling and maintaining hot runner systems and mold components.
• Quality & Safety:



Ensuring high-precision output, meeting quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols on the shop floor.

Candidate Requirements (Key Skills):• Education: ITI (Machinist/Tool & Die Maker) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Tool Maker in a Plastic Injection Moulding industry or Tool Room setup.
• Technical Knowledge: Hands-on expertise in mold assembly, bench work, fitting, polishing, and electrode making (EDM/CNC basic knowledge is an added advantage).
