Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities, And Measures

• Responsible for Analysing daily marketing campaigns and reporting KPIs
• Data & insights representation to stakeholders within & outside the team
• Creating data based recommendations for campaign managers to optimize campaigns
• Critical and in-depth analysis of third party analytics and campaign management tools Google Analytics, Search Ad 360 etc to measure and analyze the campaign impact and provide actionable insights
• Responsible for executing and managing Performance Marketing with identified third parties/agencies to ensure the best ROAS and sustainable spends
• Overview of Google Search Ads, FB Ads, DV360 Ads campaigns
• Managing website SEO with Site Operations for tech implementations, Meta details, H1 tags and On-page content
• Experimentation is key at M&S; and should have an eye for new things to be done across marketing platforms.
• Should have positive understanding of ad copy, creative, landing pages.

Key Skills

• Hands-on experience on Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics.
• Understanding of Amazon Ads, Google Ads, FB and/or DV360 is essential
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data including key performance indicators like ROAS , CTR and Conversion
• Attention to detail

• Strong working knowledge in Ms Excel

Qualifications And Experience

Qualification:

• MBA/ PGDM preferably in Marketing, Media, Digital Management.

Experience:

• Minimum 03 Years of experience in Performance Marketing / Media
• Exposure to E-Commerce D2C channels
• Experience in managing 3rd
