Bawa Polymers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head – Sales to lead our B2B sales and business development function across India.
We are particularly interested in professionals with direct experience in Insulating Varnishes, Wire Enamels, Impregnation Resins, Electrical Insulation Materials, Industrial Coatings or closely related products.
? Key Responsibilities
• Drive overall sales strategy and business development across India
• Develop current OEM, industrial and institutional accounts
• Manage and grow existing customers and key accounts
• Identify new markets, applications and business opportunities
• Lead the sales team, define targets and monitor performance
• Handle key negotiations, commercial discussions and customer relationships
• Coordinate with technical and production teams for trials, product evaluations and customer requirements
• Deliver sustainable sales and revenue growth
? Who We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant B2B industrial sales experience
• Experience in Insulating Varnishes / Wire Enamels / Impregnation Resins strongly preferred
• Strong network and experience dealing with OEMs and industrial customers
• Proven ability to generate and develop new business independently
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills
• Experience managing or leading a sales team
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
