Chesta Bathware Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of brass faucets and bath fittings based in Jamnagar, Gujarat, is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for machining operations.
• Create and manage G-code and M-code programs.
• Set up and operate CNC machines as required.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and machining specifications.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, speeds, and feeds.
• Optimize machining processes to improve cycle time, productivity, and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Coordinate with the production and machining teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain quality standards and minimize machining rejections.
• Continuously improve CNC machining processes and tool utilization.

What We’re Looking For• Hands-on experience in CNC programming and machining.
• Good knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CAM software.




• Ability to read and understand technical/mechanical drawings.
• Experience with tool selection, fixture planning, and cycle-time optimization.
• Experience in brass or metal machining will be preferred.
• Practical knowledge of CNC machining processes and troubleshooting.
• Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience will be given preference.
