Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of the AP, AR, and GL processes for the client in alignment with client policies and US accounting standards.
• Lead, supervise, and guide the accounting team assigned to the client account to ensure high performance and compliance with deadlines.
• Perform high-level review of monthly reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial schedules.
• Monitor key accounting metrics to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all deliverables.
• Coordinate with the client’s finance leadership team on process improvements, control implementation, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for all accounting transactions.
• Collaborate with internal quality, compliance, and operational teams to maintain adherence to SLAs and SOPs.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including review of balance sheet and P&L; statements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training, feedback,



and development guidance to team members.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, AP/AR cycles, and general ledger management.
• Experience working with international clients, preferably in insurance or financial services domains.
• Proficiency with accounting software (Microsoft Great Plains, Oracle Netsuite or similar ERP systems).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills
• Prior experience in reinsurance, extended warranty, or financial services sector.
• Exposure to process migrations or transitions in offshore environments.
