Role Description The Sales Officer role at Bajaj Finserv is a full time, on-site position based in Patratu. The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s financial products, engaging with potential and existing customers, and guiding them through appropriate solutions that match their needs. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, managing customer queries, conducting follow-ups,



and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. The role also involves coordinating with channel partners, supporting branch-level sales operations, and meeting assigned sales and service targets while upholding regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive experience.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and basic Sales Operations skills to identify prospects, track leads, and support the sales process.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues.
