About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Bench Sales Manager with a strong background in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have excellent vendor relationships, solid consultant marketing skills, and the ability to identify placement opportunities, negotiate competitive rates, and convert submissions into successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage bench sales operations by identifying suitable contract opportunities and marketing available IT consultants to US staffing vendors and clients.

* Handle and sign authorized business-related paperwork, agreements, vendor documents, consultant marketing authorizations, and other required documentation related to bench sales operations, in accordance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and US-based staffing companies to generate placement opportunities.





* Identify relevant job requirements, evaluate consultant profiles, and submit qualified resumes to maximize interview opportunities.

* Market IT consultants through vendor networks, job portals, email campaigns, and other effective recruitment channels.

* Negotiate competitive pay rates, C2C terms, and contract conditions to achieve placement targets.

* Manage the complete bench sales cycle, including resume submissions, interview scheduling, vendor follow-ups, feedback coordination, and placement closures.

* Implement effective marketing strategies for consultants on H-1B and other eligible work authorizations, in compliance with applicable employment laws.

* Maintain an updated database of available consultants, vendor contacts, job requirements, submissions, and placement status.

* Prepare daily activity reports and track submissions, interviews, placement conversions, and overall sales performance.
