• Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts and pipelines
• Monitoring and log troubleshooting
• Incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Application deployment and support
• Basic networking and database knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain application availability and stability in production environments.
• Handle L2/L3 escalations and troubleshoot application, Linux, and AWS-related issues.
• Support application deployments, batch processing, and scheduled jobs.
• Automate recurring operational tasks using Shell scripting and other scripting tools.
• Maintain monitoring, alerts, and logs to identify and resolve production issues.
• Support AWS operational controls and assist with cloud infrastructure operations.
• Understand and support CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
• Participate in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Participate in rotational weekend and critical production support as required.
• Collaborate with senior platform engineers, application teams, and cloud teams to ensure smooth operations.
