Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Design Manager (senior level) to lead our Design & Engineering team in the design and development of instrumentation valves, fittings, and industrial valve products, including ball valves, needle valves, check valves, and tube compression fittings. The candidate will be responsible for product design, engineering drawings, current product development, team management, and coordination with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Sales departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Design & Engineering team.
• Design and develop ball valves, needle valves, check valves, instrumentation valves, tube compression fittings, and related products.
• Prepare and review 2D engineering drawings, 3D models, assembly drawings, and manufacturing drawings.




• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, customer specifications, and quality requirements.
• Review customer drawings, technical specifications, and product requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Sales teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Manage new product development, design modifications, and engineering changes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), material specifications, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support to Production during machining, assembly, inspection, and testing.
• Identify opportunities for design optimization, cost reduction, and material utilization.
• Conduct design reviews and implement corrective actions for design-related issues.
• Maintain engineering drawings, revision records, and design documentation.
• Guide, train, and evaluate design engineers and draftsmen.
