Job Description: Business Development Executive

Job Brief
We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive to help us grow our market presence and acquire current clients. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media (such as LinkedIn).
Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective decision-makers to introduce our products/services and schedule introductory meetings or demonstrations.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Sales Pitches: Present and pitch our solutions effectively to prospects, addressing their pain points and highlighting our value proposition.
Market Tracking:



Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new growth areas.
Reporting: Meet regular sales targets and maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and client interactions

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: B Tech Biotechnology or MSc life sciences from a reputed university
Experience : Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in Business Development / Sales in Life science instrumentation.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for persuasion and negotiation.
Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willing to travel across the region at short notice.
Essential qualities: Should be a team player and enjoy travelling and meeting scientists
