About the Role

The Quality Manager - Occupational Health Center (OHC) will be based at the Goldman Sachs Occupational Health Center, Bellandur, Bengaluru. The incumbent will be responsible for driving quality initiatives, ensuring NABH and regulatory compliance, managing accreditation requirements, conducting audits, implementing quality standards, monitoring quality indicators, and promoting a culture of patient safety and continuous improvement within the OHC. The role will work closely with OHC leadership, clinical teams, and the Central Quality Team to maintain the highest standards of healthcare quality and operational excellence.
