Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that promote Milaan Holidays’ travel services and brand. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, developing content calendars, running paid and organic campaigns, and monitoring performance across digital platforms. The role also involves coordinating lead generation activities, tracking web analytics,



collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, and preparing performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for managing platforms, engaging audiences, and building brand presence.
• Experience with Lead Generation to drive qualified inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools to measure performance, interpret data, and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Solid communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
