Role OverviewVYUG is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Admissions Counsellor to manage student enquiries, counsel prospective students, explain academic programs, and drive admissions at OREAL Game Development Academy.
The ideal candidate should have robust communication and convincing skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through structured follow-ups and effective counselling.
Key Responsibilities1. Student Counselling & Admissions
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, program structures, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
• Understand students’ interests, educational backgrounds, and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
• Explain career pathways in game development, Unity, Unreal Engine, animation, VFX, 3D design, and related creative technology fields.
• Conduct walk-in, telephonic, and online counselling sessions.
• Manage the complete admission process, from initial enquiry to enrolment.
2. Lead Management & Conversion
• Handle incoming leads from digital campaigns, social media, website enquiries, telecalling, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Proactively contact prospective students and follow up with interested candidates.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
