Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Investor Relations Representative to manage communication with investors, shareholders, financial analysts, and other capital-market stakeholders. The candidate will support investor presentations, financial communication, market research, investor engagement, and regulatory disclosure activities.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of financial statements, capital markets, investor communication,



and corporate governance, along with robust presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• 1. Investor Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Manage communication with shareholders, investors, financial analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Respond to investor queries professionally and within defined timelines.
• Maintain records of investor interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Support investor grievance management and stakeholder engagement.

• 2. Investor Presentations & Financial Communication
• Prepare investor presentations, company profiles, financial highlights, and management reports.
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual investor communication materials.
• Develop earnings call scripts, management talking points, and investor Q&A; documents.
