Position: Business Development Executive

What you'll do:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and referral partners.
• Conduct regular meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals.
• Drive business growth and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks.
• Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups to improve business performance.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and local outreach activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and service delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning of the centre.
• Monitor appointments, scheduling, and patient flow to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain business and operational reports and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Lead and coordinate with the team to achieve business and operational objectives.
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, clinic operations, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven experience in achieving business targets and developing referral networks.
• Good understanding of healthcare services and local market dynamics.
• Ability to manage clinic operations, coordinate teams, and drive business growth.
• Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
