We're Hiring: Marketing Manager

RN Valves & Faucets has been a trusted name in valves, CP fittings, PTMT faucets and bathroom solutions since 2000, offering a complete range under one roof.

As we grow our brand across India, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and strengthen our presence in the market.

What you'll do:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market presence
Manage social media platforms, content calendars, brand campaigns and digital communication
Plan and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and other performance marketing campaigns
Drive B2B lead generation for distributors, dealers, builders and contractors
Oversee SEO, website performance, keyword rankings and organic growth
Manage product launches, dealer schemes, promotional campaigns and marketing collaterals
Conduct competitor analysis, market research and campaign performance reviews




Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives
Track marketing KPIs, campaign ROI and lead conversions

What we're looking for:

4–7 years of relevant marketing experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, performance marketing and brand management
Creative thinking combined with analytical and strategic capabilities
Ability to independently plan, execute and manage marketing activities
Experience in manufacturing, building materials, sanitaryware or B2B marketing will be an added advantage
MBA in Marketing preferred

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR), office-based
