Position - Instrumentation Designer
Location - Mumbai
Qualifications - ITI / Diploma
Experience - 4-8 Years
Immediate Joinee Preferred

Responsibilities
• Lead multiple design projects in time with acceptable quality
• Good knowledge of international codes and standards
• Able to monitor team and timely follow-up to complete the task.
• Work with engineers and Designers both within and outside the discipline to ensure instrument are modelled and installed for optimum operation and accuracy
• SP3D modelling of instrumentation (e.g. cable trays, trenches, JBs, Valves, Inline instrument, F&G; devices, panels).
• 30%, 60% and 90% model review and comment close out experience.
• Extraction of layouts from 3D model and drafting
• Extraction of MTO, instrumentation weight report.
• Preparation of cable block diagram
• Preparation of loop diagram and overall system interconnection diagram
• Preparation of instrument JB schedule and cable schedules.




• Coordination with other discipline for clash checking and close out
• Capable of working with multinational clients

Technical Required Skills
• Valuable in Autocad
• Hydrocarbon plant design and drafting experience.
• Expertise level of design software experience.
• 3D model review and closure of review points
• Clash removal with other department in modelling
