Experience: Minimum 10 years in real estate sales
Compensation: Fixed salary up to ₹50,000 per month, plus incentives, commissions on closures and performance bonuses.
JBC Group Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales across plotted developments, high-rise residential projects and commercial properties in Lucknow. The role involves managing sales targets, strengthening channel partner relationships and leading the team from enquiry to closure.
In this role, you will:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across the project portfolio.
• Handle client presentations, site visits, negotiations and closures for investors, homebuyers and commercial property buyers.
• Close transactions with ticket sizes of ₹1 crore and above.
• Build and activate a network of brokers, agents and property consultants in Lucknow.
• Lead and mentor sales executives and tele-callers, improving follow-up quality, site visits and conversions.




• Maintain accurate lead records, sales pipelines and performance reports in the CRM.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor pricing and new project launches.
• Coordinate with legal, accounts and CRM teams for booking documentation, registration, collections and post-sales support.

We’re looking for someone with:
• At least 10 years of real estate sales experience, with a proven record across plots, residential apartments and commercial properties.
• Demonstrated experience closing deals worth ₹1 crore or more.
• An active channel partner network and strong knowledge of Lucknow’s property market.
• Team management, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Working knowledge of RERA requirements, property documentation and the sales process.
• Fluency in Hindi and English, along with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• A graduate qualification; an MBA or PGDM would be an advantage.
