Role Description The Senior Agency Partner will be responsible for developing, managing,



and growing a network of insurance agents to drive sales and build long-term customer relationships. This full-time role is hybrid, based in Bhilai, with a mix of in-office engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day activities include recruiting and onboarding new agents, providing regular training and performance coaching, and supporting agents in meeting sales targets and compliance requirements. The role involves planning and executing local business development initiatives, tracking key performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing. The Senior Agency Partner will also work closely with customers and agents to promote ABSLI’s product portfolio and uphold the company’s standards of ethics, transparency, and customer-centricity.
