JOB SUMMARY:

As our General Manager - Human Resources, you will act as a pivotal strategic business partner leading multi-site HR and plant-level operations from our corporate office in Hyderabad. You will own the full spectrum of industrial relations, labor jurisprudence, and statutory compliance across our advanced manufacturing units, ensuring seamless shop-floor harmony,



robust people management, and team-oriented workforce dynamics.

Beyond core industrial relations, you will spearhead specialized talent acquisition, talent management, and workforce planning for high-end aerospace engineering teams ranging from satellite bus architectures and optical payloads to Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) roles. Operating at the executive leadership level, you will drive competitive compensation, total rewards, manpower arrangements, and performance management frameworks tailored specifically for deep-tech and heavy engineering environments.

You will directly own key operational metrics including plant harmony indices, time-to-fill for critical engineering talent, and workforce retention across our high-performance technical hubs. Your leadership will directly shape our organizational capability as we scale indigenous innovation in the global aerospace sector.
