Roles & Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective students and understand their educational goals.
* Counsel students about suitable undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
* Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission processes, and programme options.
* Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
* Handle student enquiries and maintain accurate lead records.
* Build positive relationships with prospective students and guide them through the enrolment process.
* Achieve assigned counselling and enrolment targets.
Requirements
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of education programmes and willingness to learn.
* Confidence in speaking with students over phone calls.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.
* Basic computer and internet skills.
* Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Mandatory Requirements
* Personal laptop or computer.
* Smartphone with an active calling facility.
* Stable internet connection.
* A quiet and professional environment for making calls.
