Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Specialist will manage and grow AI CERTs® presence across social media platforms through daily content planning, creation, and publishing. This role involves monitoring social channels,



engaging with audiences, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align social campaigns with overall brand and business objectives, track performance metrics, and optimize content based on data insights. Additional responsibilities include staying current with social media trends, contributing creative ideas for campaigns, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives as needed.
