What You'll Do
• Hunt for leads: Research and identify potential customers who'd benefit from our solutions. Use your detective skills to find the right people at the right companies.
• Make the first move: Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce Tekstac and start conversations that matter.
• Qualify prospects: Ask smart questions to understand their needs, challenges, and goals—then determine if there's a fit worth pursuing.
• Set up success:
Schedule qualified meetings and demos for our Account Executives, complete with all the context they need to close the deal.
• Keep things organized: Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track your pipeline, and keep everyone in the loop on prospect activity.
• Hit your targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for calls, meetings set, and qualified opportunities created.
• Stay sharp: Keep up with industry trends, competitor moves, and what's happening in our market so you can speak confidently with prospects.
What You Bring to the Table
• 3-5 years of proven experience in sales development, inside sales, or lead generation (B2B experience is a big plus)
• Excellent communication skills—you can write compelling emails, hold engaging phone conversations, and adapt your style to different audiences.
• A track record of hitting or exceeding targets—you're motivated by goals and celebrate when you crush them.
