Role Description The Senior Radio Frequency Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing RF circuits and systems for small satellites, ground stations, and radar and antenna platforms. Day-to-day activities include performing RF design calculations, developing circuit schematics, overseeing PCB layout reviews, and conducting lab measurements and troubleshooting using RF test equipment.



The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, supporting system integration and testing, and preparing technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, in office role based in Andhra Pradesh, India, requiring regular interaction with hardware, test setups, and operational facilities.
Qualifications
• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Communication Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in design and development of RF/microwave circuits and subsystems including amplifiers, filters, mixers, oscillators, couplers, and T/R modules.
• Proficient in RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, AWR Microwave Office).
• Solid understanding of RF fundamentals: S-parameters, Smith chart, impedance matching, noise figure, etc.
• Experience with design and implementation of RF PCBs, modules, or subsystems up to 40 GHz.
