The Transformation Leader is responsible for driving end-to-end operational transformation across Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance carrier & broker operations. The role focuses on improving efficiency, scalability, service quality, and profitability through process redesign, digitization, operating model changes, and data-driven decision making.

The role would be responsible for the effective delivery of the Transformation Roadmaps and projects for the clients with a distinctive focus on deploying digital technologies like Robotics, Machine Learning, Intelligent automations, Generative AI, etc. by working with cross-functional global teams to favourably impact to the business outcomes of the customer.
Responsibilities
1. Operational Transformation
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across core broker operations, including:
• Policy placement & renewals
• Endorsements & mid-term adjustments
• Current business onboarding
• Claims coordination & servicing
• Carrier interactions and compliance
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks,



and cost drivers; redesign processes using Lean / Six Sigma principles.
• Standardize workflows across lines of business, geographies, and acquired broker entities.
2. Digital & Automation Enablement
• Drive adoption of digital tools, workflow platforms, and automation (RPA, OCR, straight-through processing).
• Partner with IT, vendors, and Insurtech to modernize broker management systems (BMS), CRM, and document management.
• Enable data integration between carriers, brokers, and internal systems.
3. Operating Model & Organization Design
• Define target operating models aligned to growth, M&A;, and client segmentation strategies.
• Optimize role clarity, spans of control, and sourcing models (onshore/offshore/shared services).
• Support post-merger integration for acquired brokerages.
4. Performance & Analytics
• Establish operational KPIs and dashboards (e.g., turnaround time, hit ratios, cost per policy, error rates).
