If you've ever watched a reel blow up and immediately worked out why (the hook, the audio, the timing), you belong here.
Most people scroll. You notice the patterns. We'd like to put that habit to work.

About us
Design Asylum is a branding, packaging and UI/UX studio based in Pune. We've spent 10+ years building brands and products for names like Puma, Kia and Axis Bank, with clients across India, the US and the Middle East.
We also run social media for a mix of brands that couldn't be more different. Our current pages include an exam-prep platform for UPSC aspirants, an auto parts store in Canada, skincare brands getting ready to launch, and our own faceless explainer channel. Each one needs its own ideas, its own voice and its own reason for people to follow it. You'll help us find them.

What you'll do
• Spot trends, formats and audio early, and pitch how our brands can use them before they're old news

• Help build monthly content calendars of carousels, statics, reels and stories, and keep them on schedule
• Come up with post and reel ideas, and gather references for our designers and script writers
• Find creators and influencers who fit a brand, reach out to them and stay in touch until the collab goes live
• Track reach, saves, shares, watch time and follower growth every week, and flag what's working and what isn't
• Help put together monthly client reports
• Keep an eye on competitor pages and bring the best ideas to the team
• Work on shoots as required, with the team
• Coordinate with team members to make sure timelines are met for projects

What we're looking for
• You know how Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts work, and how each one decides what to push
• You have an eye for trends and can explain why something went viral, not just that it did
• You speak and write well enough to pitch an idea to a creator without a
