Take complete ownership of the Quality Management System and its effectiveness across the
organization.
• Drive implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the QMS in line with AS9100D and
applicable customer requirements.
• Establish quality objectives, KPIs, dashboards and management-review inputs; monitor performance
and drive actions.
• Lead internal, customer and certification audits and ensure timely closure of findings and
non-conformities.
• Own customer complaints, NCR, CAPA, 8D and root-cause analysis.
• Lead FAI/AS9102, inspection planning, process quality and final product release systems.
• Build, develop and mentor the Quality team.
• Drive supplier quality, incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection controls.
• Establish robust systems for traceability, calibration, document control and control of non-conforming
outputs.
• Benchmark quality systems, processes and KPIs against mature aerospace manufacturing
organizations.
• Work closely with Production,



Engineering and CAM teams to prevent defects and improve first-pass
yield.
• Drive quality readiness for new product introduction and customer approvals.

Required Experience & Qualifications
• 10–12 years of relevant Quality experience, preferably in aerospace, precision machining or
high-precision manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience in a Quality leadership/managerial role with ownership of a QMS.
• Strong practical knowledge of AS9100D and aerospace customer quality requirements.
• Robust knowledge of AS9102/FAI, GD&T;, NCR/CAPA, 8D, root-cause analysis, SPC and MSA.
• Experience leading internal, customer and certification audits.
• Engineering degree/diploma in Mechanical, Production, Aerospace or related discipline preferred.
• Lead Auditor certification and exposure to NADCAP or customer-specific aerospace requirements will be an advantage.
