Role Description The Accounting Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, manage daily accounting operations, and ensure accurate posting of journal entries. Responsibilities include maintaining and tracking fixed assets, supervising monthly and year-end closing activities, and supporting finance-related reporting and compliance. The Accounting Manager will collaborate with internal teams, provide analytical insights to management,



and help strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.

Qualifications
• Strong foundation in finance and the preparation and review of financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with journal entries and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Ability to manage and account for fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
• Well-developed analytical skills for variance analysis, budgeting support, and decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Robust organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• B.Com / M.Com preferred.
• 7–15 years of relevant experience
