About FireSafeX

FireSafeX is an immersive industrial safety training platform developed by ImmersiveX Technologies. It combines immersive technology, smart training hardware and digital assessment to make safety learning more practical, engaging and measurable.

We are looking for a Fire & Industrial Safety Training Specialist who can bring solid domain knowledge into the design, validation and delivery of immersive safety training programmes.

Key Responsibilities• Support the design and validation of fire and industrial safety training content.
• Review SOPs, safety procedures and training materials received from customers.
• Work with our product, 3D and development teams to convert safety procedures into immersive training scenarios.
• Define correct procedural steps, hazards, PPE requirements, warnings, checkpoints and assessment criteria.
• Conduct or support fire-safety and industrial-safety training sessions for customers.
• Participate in customer discussions, site visits and training demonstrations.




• Review immersive training modules for technical accuracy before customer delivery.
• Support development of training content around areas such as:
- Fire extinguisher operation
- Fire emergency response
- PPE selection and usage
- Permit to Work (PTW)
- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
- Confined space safety
- Work at height safety
- Gas leak response
- Emergency evacuation
- General industrial safety and SOP-based training
• Work with customer EHS/Safety teams and subject matter experts during module development and validation.

Preferred Profile• Qualification in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety / Occupational Health & Safety / related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in fire safety, industrial safety, EHS/HSE or safety training.
• Experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, steel, infrastructure or process industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures, emergency response and workplace hazards.
