Role Description The Pre-Sales Specialist – Concord ERP role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their business requirements, demonstrating Concord ERP features, and mapping product capabilities to customer needs. The specialist will support the sales team with product presentations, proposal preparation, and documentation,



while coordinating with technical teams to address client queries. Daily tasks include conducting product demos, responding to pre-sales inquiries, assisting in training sessions for customers and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and opportunities in the sales pipeline.
