Role Description The Department Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned department within the Store. This role includes managing product assortment and displays, monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate pricing and promotional execution, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The Department Manager leads and schedules team members, provides coaching and performance feedback, and ensures that customer service standards are consistently met. The role involves tracking sales performance, analyzing departmental metrics, implementing initiatives to improve revenue and profitability, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures. The Department Manager also collaborates with store leadership and cross-functional teams to support smooth store operations and contribute to overall business goals.
