We’re Hiring: Head – Cost Control & Procurement

Experience: Preferably 8–12+ years
Compensation: ₹12–18 lakh annual CTC; negotiable based on experience and capability

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on professional to take ownership of cost control, vendor management and central procurement across Tripli Hotels.

You will examine how money is spent across our hotels, identify opportunities to improve costs, negotiate better commercial terms and create purchasing processes that support daily operations and future expansion.

The goal is to ensure every expense is justified, competitively priced and delivers value while maintaining quality and guest experience.

Key responsibilities
1. Overall expense control
• Review hotel-wise and department-wise expenses, budgets, invoices and consumption.
• Question unnecessary spending, unusual rates, repeated purchases and unexplained expense increases.




• Obtain explanations from City Managers and Hotel Managers, agree on corrective actions and track completion.
• Review major cost categories, including F&B;, housekeeping, linen, laundry, utilities, maintenance, staffing and outsourced services.
• Compare costs across properties, accounting for occupancy, location and service requirements.
• Work with Finance and Operations to establish budgets, spending limits and expense approval processes.

2. Central procurement and sourcing
• Build and lead a central procurement process across existing hotels and current openings.
• Consolidate requirements across properties to negotiate better rates and long-term supply agreements.
• Source manufacturers, distributors and service providers; compare price, quality, delivery and payment terms.
• Standardise product specifications and approved alternatives for common hotel supplies.
• Establish clear processes for purchase request
