The Role

We are looking for an E-commerce skilled to manage and grow Agilitas’ marketplace business across leading e-commerce platforms. The role will focus on marketplace operations,



sales performance, catalogue management, inventory, promotions, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other relevant platforms.
• Drive marketplace sales, revenue, profitability and overall business performance.
• Manage product listings, catalogue quality, content, pricing and product visibility across marketplaces.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment and sell-through to maximise sales opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, campaigns, offers and seasonal events.
• Track key marketplace metrics including GMV, conversion, traffic, ROAS, sell-through and returns.
• Work closely with internal teams including Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Catalogue and Finance to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
