We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social, has a sharp creative instinct, and is always thinking about what a brand could do next.

This role is for someone who understands internet culture, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn ideas into content that people actually want to engage with. Someone who looks beyond content calendars, brings fresh perspectives to every brand, and understands how to make social media feel distinctive rather than repetitive.

You'll work across a range of brands and categories, collaborating with our creative team to develop content, plan shoots, build campaigns, and bring ideas to life. You'll also own the day-to-day management of your accounts, from planning and client communication to execution and performance.

What you'll do:
- Own social media accounts from content planning and ideation through execution and posting
- Develop monthly content calendars with strong concepts, relevant formats, and clear creative directions
- Constantly explore trends, internet culture, creator content, emerging formats,



and online conversations to find opportunities for brands
- Come up with fresh, platform-native ideas that go beyond predictable social media content
- Develop shoot decks, visual references, content concepts, and creative briefs
- Work closely with designers and video editors to bring ideas to life
- Write and refine content copy, hooks, captions, and creative directions
- Manage client communication, feedback, approvals, and timelines
- Contribute ideas for brand campaigns, shoots, pitches, and recent business
- Stay curious about what brands are doing across social and bring relevant inspiration to the team

What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably at a creative or digital agency
- A strong understanding of Instagram and other social platforms, including what works, why it works, and what's changing
- A sharp creative eye and a genuine interest
