Role Description The Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer will work in office in Noida in a full-time capacity, engaging directly with industrial customers to promote and sell compressed air solutions and related services.
Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying customer needs, conducting technical assessments, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored system solutions that optimize efficiency and reduce operating costs. The role involves managing the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, coordinating with internal engineering and service teams, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The individual will maintain strong relationships with business partners, handle inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, and support after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Regular reporting, market feedback, and participation in business development activities are also expected.
