Role Description The Legal Manager role at BIZ Nest Goa is a full-time, on-site position based in Panaji. This role involves overseeing all legal affairs. The Legal Manager will draft, review, and manage contracts, service agreements, terms and conditions, and other legal documents, while providing legal consulting and guidance to internal stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include monitoring legal compliance, managing risk, coordinating with external legal counsel when needed, and supporting negotiations with partners, vendors, and clients. The role also requires maintaining updated knowledge of relevant local, national, and international regulations impacting the company’s operations and advising management on legal implications of strategic decisions.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Law with experience in corporate or commercial legal practice.




• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts and agreements.
• Experience in Legal Consulting, providing transparent, practical advice to management and internal teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in Legal Compliance and Legal Affairs, particularly in business operations and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) ia preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues, manage risk, and propose solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
