Role Description The Sourcing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers and service providers to support Laabdhi’s finance and outsourcing operations. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts and pricing,



managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The Sourcing Manager will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to forecast needs, optimize costs, and maintain high-quality service delivery. The role also involves monitoring supplier performance, resolving issues, and contributing to continuous improvement in sourcing processes and strategies.
