We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator with strong technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, BIM coordination, and US project standards.

Key Responsibilities• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models with architectural and structural models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Autodesk Navisworks and Revit.
• Review BIM models, construction drawings, shop drawings, and coordinated layouts for accuracy.
• Identify, document,



and track clashes and prepare clash reports for project teams.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, US standards, and established BIM execution plans.
• Support the preparation and review of coordinated construction documents and MEP layouts.
• Manage model updates, revisions, and coordination meetings to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain BIM model quality, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with US-based clients and project teams during working hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in MEP BIM coordination.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience working on US-based projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks.
