At TEJU Masala, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager with strong expertise in the food manufacturing industry to lead our production operations, improve efficiency, maintain quality standards, and drive operational excellence.

? Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end production operations, from raw material planning to finished goods.
* Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales demand.
* Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
* Monitor production efficiency, output, wastage, and manufacturing costs.
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI compliance.
* Coordinate with Quality Control, Procurement, Stores, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
* Implement SOPs, process improvements, and lean manufacturing practices.
* Monitor inventory, batch traceability, yield, and production losses.




* Lead, train, and manage production supervisors and shop-floor teams.
* Ensure timely production and dispatch while maintaining consistent product quality.

? Candidate Requirements

* Prior experience in food manufacturing is mandatory.
* Experience in spice powders, masalas, seasoning blends, food processing, or FMCG manufacturing will be highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of production planning, food safety, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
* Proven ability to manage factory manpower, production targets, and operational challenges.
* Robust leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
