Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Pune Division. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting property consultations, and guiding customers through the home-buying, renting, or investment process. Daily activities include meeting prospective clients,



understanding their requirements, presenting suitable residential, commercial, and plot options, and arranging site visits. The role involves coordinating with property owners and developers, negotiating terms, and supporting clients through documentation and closure of transactions. The Sales Executive also maintains accurate records in CRM tools, follows up on inquiries, and contributes to achieving individual and team sales targets.
