Job description for the PLC-Automation engineer.

• Hands-on experience with PLC programming platforms such as CODESYS, TwinCAT, and Siemens TIA Portal/ Schneider . (Must have 8+ years of experience).

• Strong expertise in offline PLC software development using the above-mentioned platforms.

• Proficiency in PLC programming languages including Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text (ST), Structured Control Language (SCL), and Ladder Logic (LD).

• Good understanding of PLC data structures and data types such as Enumerations, Structures, User-Defined Types (UDTs), and custom data types.

• Proven experience in PLC software development, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting using the above programming languages.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and Servo Drive configuration, commissioning, and debugging.

• Experience in HMI and SCADA application development, including integration with PLC systems.





• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team workplace.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Experience in industrial automation and machine commissioning projects.
