Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and people-oriented Sales Intern who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment with weekly sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities• Engage with potential customers and present CoSurj’s offerings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and support the sales conversion process.
• Participate in weekly sales cycles and work towards assigned sales targets.
• Identify customer needs and communicate suitable solutions.




• Maintain sales records, follow-up updates, and reports.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.

Requirements• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong people skills, confidence, and persuasion abilities.
• Valuable relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
