Blue Moon Marketing is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing marketing team on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign optimisation, and measurable performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Set up campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, targeting, and placements.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, retargeting, and conversion optimisation.
• Perform A/B testing across creatives, ad copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently.




• Coordinate with content and creative teams to develop effective ad creatives and messaging.
• Monitor lead quality and conversion performance.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot tracking and campaign-related issues when required.
• Stay updated with advertising platform changes, policies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Ads, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Google Ads is preferred.
• Good understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of paid advertising metrics and performance analysis.
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
