We're inviting applications from talented Sales Development Representatives in India who are interested in joining Orah.
What you'll be doing
As an SDR at Orah, you'll be one of the first points of contact for prospective schools. You'll play an important role in introducing Orah to new customers, understanding their needs and helping build a strong sales pipeline.
You'll have the opportunity to:
* Research and develop targeted prospect lists
* Execute outbound sales sequences using tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
* Conduct outbound calls and consistently achieve daily activity targets
* Connect with prospective schools and initiate meaningful conversations
* Qualify prospects through discovery and learning calls
* Work closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies and plans
* Contribute to quarterly pipeline growth objectives
* Develop a strong understanding of Orah, the education sector and the challenges schools face
* Continuously refine your sales approach through learning, experimentation and feedback
What we're looking for
We're interested in people who:
* Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Have at least 2 years of experience in SaaS sales
* Have exceptional written and verbal native-level English communication skills
* Have attended an international high school
* Are comfortable working in a agile, fast-paced and small-team workplace
* Are proactive and willing to take ownership beyond a defined job description
* Are self-directed, curious and capable of learning independently
* Are motivated by targets, comfortable with outbound sales and enjoy building relationships
