We are looking for a results-driven Specialist – AI Search Optimisation to lead and execute strategies that improve brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Bing Copilot, and voice/search assistants.

This role goes beyond traditional SEO. The ideal candidate understands how Large Language Models (LLMs), semantic search, structured data, entity optimisation, and AI-driven content discovery work. You’ll help ensure our brands are discoverable, referenced, and recommended inside emerging AI search ecosystems.

Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a solid advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute AI Search Optimisation strategies across AI-first search ecosystems
• Optimise websites and digital assets for AI-generated search experiences and conversational discovery
• Improve brand/entity recognition across LLMs and semantic search systems
• Implement structured data/schema strategies to improve AI visibility and machine readability
• Work on topical authority, entity mapping,



internal linking, and knowledge graph optimisation
• Monitor how brands appear in AI search responses and identify optimisation opportunities
• Collaborate with content, SEO, development, and marketing teams to create AI-friendly content frameworks
• Optimise content for zero-click search, featured snippets, AI summaries, and conversational queries
• Conduct technical audits focused on crawlability, indexing, structured data, and semantic relevance
• Analyse search trends, AI referral traffic, prompt visibility, and user intent patterns
• Track performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and AI monitoring tools
• Stay updated with changes in Google AI Overviews, OpenAI ecosystems, semantic search, and AI ranking behavior

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, AI Search Optimisation, Semantic SEO, or related digital searc
