Role Description This full time remote Content Strategist role focuses on shaping and executing content initiatives that support the Lazy Founders mission and community. The Content Strategist will plan and manage editorial calendars, identify key topics and formats that resonate with founders, and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.



Day-to-day responsibilities include researching founder needs, developing content frameworks, collaborating with writers and creators, optimizing content for digital channels, and analyzing performance to refine strategy. The role also involves coordinating with community, product, and marketing teams to align content with broader growth and engagement goals.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Content Development to design and execute effective content plans.
• Experience with Content Management, including organizing, publishing, and maintaining content across platforms.
• Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing, with the ability to communicate clearly and adapt tone for founders and startup audiences.
• Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, analytics tools, and SEO best practices to inform content decisions.
