The Office Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day office administration and coordination. This role includes managing office workflows, supervising support staff, organising schedules and meetings, and ensuring that office resources, equipment, and supplies are efficiently maintained. The Office Operations Manager will develop and implement operational procedures, support finance and HR with documentation, records, and proper reporting,



and coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners. The role also involves monitoring compliance with company policies, maintaining a safe and orderly workspace, assisting leadership with operational planning, and supporting onboarding and training activities for new team members.
