Job Description:

Lead development and implementation of the annual Quality Assurance Audit Programme.
Ensure audit coverage of all applicable EASA Part-145, FAA part 145 and DGCA CAR-145 requirements
Plan audits based on regulatory requirements, risk, previous findings, process criticality and organizational changes.
Ensure appropriate coverage of maintenance processes, products, procedures and contracted activities in an Engine MRO
Coordinate planned/ perform, follow-up, special and unannounced audits.
Monitor audit programme completion and report status to Quality Management.
Raise clear, factual and evidence-based audit findings.
Ensure findings are correctly referenced to the applicable regulatory or procedural requirement.
Review Correction, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action proposals.
Challenge inadequate or superficial RCA/CAPA responses.
Verify objective evidence before closure.
Conduct follow-up audits where required.
Monitor overdue corrective actions.
Identify repeat and systemic findings.
Escalate significant or overdue findings to the Quality Manager




Regulatory and Customer Audit Support
Support preparation for EASA Part-145 surveillance and approval audits.
Support DGCA CAR-145 audits and surveillance.
Participate in FAA, customer and OEM audits where required.
Coordinate responses to auditor questions and findings.
Track regulatory audit findings and corrective actions.
Maintain organisational readiness for external audits.
